By the way, I don't know about gunlances alot. So I could be wrong about it. But I stick with my opinion about lances.

Well....technically its kind of easy with a gunlance and lance, because your a moving fotress. But it is very hard to hit a monster that is fast with a gunlace. Some pople use LS for action. Greatswords for overpowering the monster etc. This is my opinion of course I could be VERY wrong. But I'll stick with LS for now. I like moving around. Good hunting

you can weaken it using upper battle axe since kushala doara is weak in poison.. ^^

just keep fighting him till 25:00 and he will escape..

and you can kill him in the second round ^^

G Ranked or normal? Just use an eager cleaver or devil slicer to down the normal one and hit it when it's on the ground shooting the air blast but from the side. As for the G- Ranked i'm not sure.

why use a thunder weapon for a thunder monster. khezu is weak against fore, so use wyvern blade blood, and red khezu is weak against water, so use frost riper or ocean guardian, but i don't think that it's availible at the time

gunlances are quilty my best wep but then again u need to be good with every wep in this game to be good at it. personally i find easyist way to kill a kezu is a light bowgun i didnt get hit once i did see a vid where some geaser used a heavy one but he was like on top of cliffs and stuff i u wanna kill ratholas or rathian use a gunlace because these monsters do slow attacks with great power so thats basicly same as gunlance thats how that guy probly got azrue rath aswell.

No there is not another town you go to you have The Stae of crisis quest then the Final inivation then you are done with the pokke village elder quests.

Yes, Depending on the monster's health, your chances of capturing him Increase/Decrease. Make sure the monster You are wanting to capture is either Limping, or whatever that creature does when He is injured severely. After that, Either use a shock or a pitfall trap to trap him, then throw 3 or 4 tranq bombs. It should be easy, My first capture on this game was the red Khezu =p

i just started using gunlances, killed a few monsters then decided to watch a few vids and noticed while watching a bunch of gunlance vids, ppl use the thrust more then the shelling. why is that? is it more powerful? i know for sure that shelling reduces sharpness.

The main thing about gunlances isn't the fact that they can shoot, it's the near unlimited combo you can get off of them. For example, when you block and thrust, it does 3 hits and immediately returns to the guard stance, allowing for another 3 hits. If you combine that with shooting once inbetween every 3 hits, it does a mass amount of damage.
