If you really think metal riffs are simple youve obviously only scraped the surface with shit like bullet for my valentine. Listen to some megadeth, metallica, iron maiden, and blind guardian. None use screaming, all have complex riffs, and only some have long hair.

But if you wanna get into dubstep, start with something else. This is for more experienced dubstep-listeners, I believe so. You should try, it is an amazing genre.
