yea its free, im not sure on the hours but if your in the daylight its open... pads nope just a helmet when the cops drive by....the cops are really strict about the helmet thing they will give you a warning first time the they will fine you like 250 bucks....
yea it is, but unfortunately alot of times there are just so damn many people there you wait more than skate...and you have to not get hit by bikes -_-
i got hit by a bike when i was like ten. went down the roll in near the end of the park next to the q pipe and a biker went up and 180 as i was goin down the roll in and hit right into me and i flew bought 6 feet on to the other ramp unscathed
