  • i like how bad ass it looks as he walks and the excercise gets progressively harder

  • I would like to train with him what is he doing at

    00:37 - 00:59

  • we have to do this at my school for throwing . the stadium jumps without stopping takes a little practice

  • mullet power, i regret cutting my mullet off, damn htats explosive and plyometric, but ive heard that ur m,uscles must be fresh when trianing plyometrics and explosive training, why does he wear them out with a barbell first?

  • I also regret cutting my mullet. I lost all my powers shortly after. I'm not even joking, this seriously happened.

  • @HelloMarco That shit happened to me too.

  • its called "complex training." you first do a strength exercise then immediately follow it with a plyometric exercise...you essentially tire out the big slow-moving muscles so that more of the fast-twitch muscles fire during the plyos.

  • Not sure that`s how it works. It`s about priming or "turning-on" the fast twich fibers and then use them in the plyo exercise.

  • @jimma75

Not exactly the scientific reasoning put down by sports scientists (especially since strength exercises rely almost totally on fast twitch muscle fibers), but what's important to the trainee is what is effective and what it brings gains in, not how or why, so hat's off regardless.

  • He was world champion 3 times, his personal best is 22.75

  • 0:46 really got me...
