@Toddity76 I understand your feelings, but it's not like the entire video was one long unoriginal rip-off of other people's creations. There's a whole lot of imagery that's never been done in a music video before. Influences come from many places. I didn't like it too much when I first saw it but the more I watch, the more things I find that are interesting.

I immediately saw the resemblance of Jodorowsky's work "The Holy Mountain" and yet I can't call this a rip-off. Let's rather say it was inspired by it. I have no respect for Shia as an actor but I think this shows that he has pretty good taste in cinema and the way he executed and directed this music video is amazing.
