I am Starting to train to be a goalkeeper in a club nearby me and i wanted advice as to how to improve myself?Do i Go train myself fitness and strain with the coach or if i just play matches with friends i can get better and improve Please need some1 professional or has been a goalkeeper to answer me.Thanks in Advance :)

@merchant100 The best way to improve your goalie skills is both. Training with and playing matches. IMO, going to a gym would only get you stronger, but neither faster nor better goalkeeper. Greetings.

the reason he gets upset about just calling it "Sheffield" is because there are two Sheffield clubs; Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United, and they are arch rivals
