Great talk and explanation, however at what stage dose the coach get it. In order for the education of the coach to ptogress to a confident level of application we need more examples of how it is executed by people like yourself and for coaches to see a virtual session, and from this warch and listen to the way coaching is performed. new coaches need to understand the level of communication required and how that varies from U7s through to u17s.

@grasshoper I think hes just using this as a base for your own interpretation of it, its just basic rugby, thats wat trying to be a coach is mate, realising your own shotcoming too. were not all brilliant coaches....
