After the break, the incoming player has the option to shoot or push out.

You must HIT the lowest numbered ball first. If any ball is pocketed after hitting the lowest numbered ball, shooter keeps shooting.

it looks like a 9ft gold crown. if not then it's an 8 and a half because they only come in two sizes. if you want to know how to play nineball look it up somewhere else this douchebag is clueless
