Thanks for posting this, I think the viewers need to understand that the reason this was posted was to demonstrate the jitter of steadyshot in the ax2000 vs the image stabilization used in the xha1. It would have been nice to do a side by side test, but I'm sure for some reason that was not possible. This is not a comparison on contrast, or overall image quality, but just how the different image stabilization methods present themselves in a recording. It did a good job of showing this.

It is not about the image quality.

The problem is that the Sony creates additional jitter.

This in conjunction with rolling shutter, gives some image shift.

It looks totally unacceptable on a large screen.

Yeah, shooting on an overcast day (HDR-AX2000) vs. a bright, sunny day (XH-A1) will tend to result in a much different picture. ;)
