@dinos35 I've got advice for the tapping, and it's the same advice any professional guitarist would give you. Start slow and build up speed, work on muting with the palms of both your left hand and right hand. Start out slowly so it stays fluid, and eventually build up speed. That will open the doors to godlike talent.
