  • Awful form. Plyometrics programs should be adapted and specifically designed considering the client's actual fitness capacity.

  • Is this suppose to be private personal training involving plyometrics? Proper form and technique needs to be emphasized dealing with all the movements; chest up, back erect, hip flexors and core region tight, etc. Constant "very good" needs to be replaced with other motivational words. Hopefully the client isn't overpaying this personal trainer. Either way, keep up with the hard work! Mental preparation is key to achieve.
