Because they don't want the Marines, Cpl. Harrison in particular, finding about Weyland Yutani's illegal activities. Dunya has a motive because it's later explained that her fiancee died when the security went down because of Harrison, so the Aliens barged in.That's what the Commander was worried about in the previous part. Basically, what caused the betrayal was collateral damage.

Original voice actors are way better than italians one, in the italian version Harrison sounds like a 45 year old...and not to mention other characters...the only who sounds good is Jones (and i did not heared him yet in the original version of the game)

Mac Cain sounds plenty good too in the italian version.
