@Uhur I actually don't think it means anything. I believe that EF once said in an interview that most/all of their lyrics doesn't have a "real" or thought out meaning. That you as a listener are free to make up you own meaning, much like many other post-rock groups tend to say. (Like the untitled album from Sigur Rós)
