Master Lot (like a lot of older Eskrimadors) doesn't have a packaged name for his art. He did say that the movements were from the "Ginunting" style. Hope this helps...
I am from Cebu Philippines. "Gunting" is the root word of "Ginunting." And in the Philippines, "Gunting" means "Scissors." So, probably, the style he is using is something like scissors.

Yes, "scissors" like motion is common in many FMA styles...
The "No blocking" however, is not ;)
