@Drooblemeister I used to have the same wrong idea. Matthew & John aren't the apostles mentioned in the gospels. Matt the writer of the gospel had plagiarized from Mark. John was a man who's not happy with the 3 gospels. So he did his own research & wrote his own gospel.

In fact a lot of the times when Jibrael used to come to him with verses there were people present with him. These people, you can trace their lineage back through numerous people today so we know they existed.

And Paul only wrote 13 letters - Acts was written by Luke (Gospel writer), and there are the Catholic letters from Peter, John (Gospel writer), and Jude and James, plus Revelations (by a different John).

Well within the possibility of a human lifetime to achieve. Ergo, this man cannot claim that the Evangelists did NOT walk, talk, and eat with the Lord. It is also possible that the Gospels are written accounts of an oral tradition of Gospels around Jesus. (cont.)
Consider that Paul, writing in the period 40-60 (of his letters) refers to his own Gospel, and that Peter would surely have passed on his version of events (and so too the other original disciples). We can see, at the most, about 2 degrees of separation from JC to the Evangelists', and the original composer of the stories that became the Gospels could have actually walked and talked with Jesus, and the Evangelists simply wrote down those stories (a literal collection, as it were).
If you actually want more information on the origin of the Gospels, then there are many sources available online, and a quick Google of "Origin of the Gospels" will, I'm sure, be most enlightening by those far more knowledgable on the subject than myself.

Acts was written by Luke. Paul was not the only one who heard the Lord in his vision (the others saw nothing but they heard the voice: Acts 9:7). Luke did know Jesus, as did Mark as did John. The Church Fathers are unanimous in that. I don't know where this man gets the idea that the Church Fathers do not think the writers of the Gospels were the ones that they were attributed to.... Which Church Fathers? Paul was mistrusted at first, but the Lord told Ananias to accept him. Acts 9.

The reason why their names are important is because these are the people providing the information which is the basis for your religion. It cannot be the ghost because there had been 4 conditions to fulfill. LUKE 1:26-27 narrates the exact same event. Only difference is that he mentions GABRIEL in place of the GHOST. Conclusion: GHOST = Gabriel, Gabriel = Angel, Angel = Creation of God, Creation not to be worshiped. Christians worship creation ( GHOST). If the Bible is HOLY, then why with all these misinterpretations?

In fact a lot of the times when Jibrael used to come to him with verses there were people present with him. These people, you can trace their lineage back through numerous people today so we know they existed.

I suppose this man has never heard of biographies. I sincerely doubt I'll ever meet Winston Churchill, but I can still write a biography of him and put my name to it.
And Paul only wrote 13 letters - Acts was written by Luke (Gospel writer), and there are the Catholic letters from Peter, John (Gospel writer), and Jude and James, plus Revelations (by a different John).

In addition - Paul was actually a tentmaker, and acted against Christians on behalf of Jewish authorities (and did not send Christians to Rome - as far as Rome was concerned, it was an internal Jewish sect).

Finally, a failure in terms of Godwin's Law. Analogising Paul to Hitler is pathetic, on two points - one, it misses the point that Paul's conversion symbolises that even those who greet God's Word with hostility might still be saved, and second, because Paul was actually being a devout Jew and following the lead of the Pharisees. Perhaps a better analogy would be to Oscar Schindler.

Well within the possibility of a human lifetime to achieve. Ergo, this man cannot claim that the Evangelists did NOT walk, talk, and eat with the Lord. Consider that Paul, writing in the period 40-60 (of his letters) refers to his own Gospel, and that Peter would surely have passed on his version of events (and so too the other original disciples). We can see, at the most, about 2 degrees of separation from JC to the Evangelists', and the original composer of the stories that became the Gospels could have actually walked and talked with Jesus, and the Evangelists simply wrote down those stories (a literal collection, as it were).

Acts was written by Luke. Paul was not the only one who heard the Lord in his vision (the others saw nothing but they heard the voice: Acts 9:7). Luke did know Jesus, as did Mark as did John. The Church Fathers are unanimous in that. I don't know where this man gets the idea that the Church Fathers do not think the writers of the Gospels were the ones that they were attributed to.... Which Church Fathers? Paul was mistrusted at first, but the Lord told Ananias to accept him. Acts 9.

Luke, a gentile from Antioch, did not have his genealogy given, but he is known as a physician, so he would have had a surname having to do with his profession: ie. Luke the Physician. Mark is his surname. His name is John Mark and we know that his mother is named Mary (Acts 12:12). Matthew is named Levi-Matthew the Son of Alphaeus (he is identified as Levi in a couple of places: Luke 5:27-29, Mark 2:14, and Matt: 9:9-13).

It cannot be the ghost because there had been 4 conditions to fulfill. In that upper room, Jesus said, (1) The successor HAD to confirm Jesus. 2) The successor HAD to SPEAK on GOD'S authority. 3)The successor HAD to RELAY GLAD TIDINGS in DETAIL. And 4) Whatsoever he RECEIVES should remain with you FOREVER. How has the Ghost fulfilled any of these?

Moreover, let me just provide a clear understanding of this GHOST. In MATTHEW 1:18, To summaries this verse, He says that the Holy Ghost came to Mary (as) for the birth of Jesus. LUKE 1:26-27 narrates the exact same event. Only difference is that he mentions GABRIEL in place of the GHOST. Conclusion: GHOST = Gabriel, Gabriel = Angel, Angel = Creation of God, Creation not to be worshiped. Christians worship creation ( GHOST). If the Bible is HOLY, then why with all these misinterpretations?
