@Plisky you can buy a psl, not dragunov, for as low as 450 without optics, to around 600 with optics. They shoot the 7.62x54R cartridge and accept 10 round magazines.

I had all those rifles in the class and I can tell you:
Yugo M78 > Dragunov > PSL
PSL is for plinking,Dragunov is the class but try to get M76,you won't regret it!
Heavy,reliable and unbelievably accurate on long ranges.
Hitting a target on 600-900m is a joke with this rifle,if you have a better scope even
1200m is duable with a great ballistics of 8mm Mauser round.

Its called a Dragunov FPK, PSL-54c, Romak III.
There are some newer ammo makers that supply ammo but the most of the ammo is cheap Russian surplus.
