this show was kinda all over the place, they didnt mark a specific trend (other than stripes in black) and the presentation was so boring, plus there were some seriously incongruous pieces in that show, like the flame blazer

I think Sarah is living up to the phylosophy of what Alexander McQueen as a brand is all about! She'snot trying to copy Lee's way of do and see fashion and we have to remember she was a creative director of the men deparment before Lee die!

There's no way Sarah Burton is going to try and mimic McQueen's visions. His mind was his own and she is a seperate person driven by different things. It'd be insulting of her to try and create fashion lines just to be all "crazy" and "out there" like him. He was an artist -- it's like asking a mutual artist friend of Picasso to take over his work after he died and paint like him -- that's insulting to the work Picasso did and to the artist who has their own visions.
