@MrLegoboy2009 "shipped to us"?  Who is 'us'? It has an 'Only at Target' sticker on the box. Walmart, K-Mart, and Toys R Us do not sell it. It is a Target exclusive. ODST Covenant Invasion was occasionally found at Kroger but it was still considered a TRU exclusive. Small chains getting the extra stock does not mean it isn't still exclusive in the main store chains.

@UltimateHacker44 I 'got that' from Mega Bloks themselves. Their Community Manager and even the VP of their boy targeted toys department have said it since even before the set's release. I also 'got that' from the fact that literally every Highground set at my Target has the 'Only at Target' sticker on it like every other Target exclusive. Would you mind telling me what Walmart it was (in a pm is fine) so I can contact MB and let them know of this breach of contract?

Halo Wars is an official Halo game and is canon so it doesn't matter who it's from. Bungie doesn't control Halo, 343 Industries does. 343 Industries says Halo Wars is canon, so it is canon. Halo 4, 5, 6, and Combat Evolved Anniversary are being made by 343 and not Bungie, does that make them less Halo in your opinion?

Again, Mk IV exists in Halo Wars so it exists in games.

@Alexroa50 Which video? Because I already proved that the figure I say is Mk IV in the video is in fact Mk IV because it's based on the Halo Wars armor and the details aren't Mk V or VI. Yes the Mk IV wasn't supposed to have shields but they did it for gameplay reasons /only/. The developers of the game and 343 Industries have all said the Spartan shields were noncanon. It was done to make the Spartans more unique gameplay-wise.

@modman6997 I've already proven time and time again that it is Mk IV, not Mk V. Please read the evidence and comprehend it. No one has yet been able to prove it's Mk V otherwise, because it /isn't/. It's based entirely on the armor from Halo Wars, which was Mk IV. They haven't made a new mold for the basic Spartan since the line was a Halo Wars themed line only. Therefore, since it's originally based on Halo Wars, it's safe to say it is Mk IV. The details are all wrong for Mk V anyways.

The basic Spartan figures have been relatively unchanged since the line began as a Halo Wars themed toyline, in which the Spartans wore Mk IV armor, not Mk V or Mk VI. If you look closely at the details the shoulders are quite different from Mk V, the torso is different, and the helmet is even slightly different. Therefore these Spartans are still wearing the Mk IV armor from the beginning of the toyline.

@philipve98 No it doesn't. The descriptions can vary in their accuracy. Look at the description of the Anniversary Troop Pack on the Mega Bloks website in their products section. It lists a Mark IV in Camo mode. Yet it's the exact same mold of Spartan as the figures in the UNSC Turret. Floodgate lists a Mark VI yet it's the exact same mold. Trust the figures, not the descriptions. The figure is in Mk IV armor. I pay attention to facts and details.

@philipve98 Don't worry too much about it. Due to how the chest looks like Mk VI and the helmet looks (at least a little bit) like Mk V people get them confused all the time. But if you look at the details and remember that the line started as only Halo Wars themed then it becomes apparent that it's Mk IV. Honestly I never knew about the UNSC Turret box giving the wrong description. I never bought one myself.

Because when the line started it was the Halo Wars Mega Bloks, not just Halo in general. And they have yet to change the original Spartan mold to Mk V or Mk VI. Go look up a photo of a Spartan from Halo Wars and compare it to the figure.
