  • First step is to get relaxed, once your body is relaxed enough you will enter sleep paralysis and you might here a buzzing or vibrations. These is where most people ruin it with bad advice. Once your in that stage try to relax further and ignore the buzzing till u get to a "quiet zone" Once there, you must imagine (try to Truly belive) yourself walking around your house. best way to keep focus is thinking about something that intrestest you. Thanks and if this helped>>>>Thumbs Up :D

  • fuck bro, i always have SP... Its so hard to go past the frightening state lol

  • im 15 years old and never ever had sleep paralysis, if i want to learn how to lucid dream so if i have one why is it always followed but sleep paralysis? will i get it? im scared, its stopping me from learning how to lucid dream :( help????

  • @sambo861 hey if your about to wake up and you know it just pretend to spin around in circles and after that your dream will last ALOT longer..

  • Whats the first step if youve never been through sleep paralysis?

  • I have had sleep paralysis when I was younger like 9-11. It only happened twice. And now I'm 18 and has happened the passed 3 nights. It's sart but I wanna try to go into lucid dreaming but scared. Any tips??

  • dude dude!!! please help me! i was really close to do an AP these days, but i just keep waking up when i'm trying to get out of my body...

  • READ THE COMMENT BELOW FIRST!!!!! As your keeping your mind clear you will begin to enter paralysis and trust me you will know it. This is my method and it works about 3/5th of times I try. WARNING do not try this if you are easily scared , Imagine that something that you cannot see is lifting your legs slowly then your whole body and just tosses you across your house through the walls and all to the night sky the moment you have been tossed through your housethat is when you become lucid and a

  • For everyone who wants to learn to enter sleep paralysis you must first be in your room lights off lay down completely still if you need to scratch do it as long as you believe it won't stop the trance do it but as quickly as possible. Make sure to keep your mind clear when you start to notice your mind wondering catch your self and remind yourself to keep your mind clear. Keep doing so for about 10min this will be very hard to do if you let your mind wonder to long you will fail. As your keepi

  • Called astral projection dude or obe of u will... Y is it that I have been trying 4 years and u get it without trying XP

  • @Sarazar117 I don't really know. Almost everyone in my family can do it so maybe it's genetic.

  • @sambo861 lol maybe man, but either way congrats on it.

  • @sambo861 In that case it is. just like how a certain esp could be passed down from generation to generation.

  • @Sarazar117 i can do it at will to ... but requires practice if i haven't done it in a while...

when i say at will i mean i can try doing it... and it'll work most of the time... still scares me since it takes me about a minute or two in my dream to realize it's just a dream...

i personally don't really think my soul is leaving my body... i believe the scientific explanation for it... just my opinion...

  • @Sarazar117 AP, and OBE are NOT the same thing. part of the problem might be a lack of understanding, but i agree, it is difficult.

  • i had the obe experience as well as the sleep paralysis and yes it did scare the hell out of me and yes their were other spirits in the room as well. when i tryed to move my body the whole room got cold and and my dog started growling at something. it happened during a time i had first stared to become aware of spirtual energyies and was fairly new at it. so your right the older you

get the better because your more experienced and know the difference between good and bad vibes.

  • when i get sleep paralysis i am aware that my mind is awake but my body is still asleep but i cant seem to tell myself to dream. I just panic and try to wake myself up. If i try to fall back asleep, it feels like im falling into blackness and will die.. How can I not panic? It seems like i dont remember anything i have read and all rational thinking has disappeared! :(

  • @koalakitty23 that falling feeling you get is similar to what this guy in the video is describing, you are not in any real danger at all, remember that and if you keep falling backwards and remain calm, you will automaticallly enter a dream most likely.

  • Sometimes I don't understand what happens to me in my dreams like someone will throw something at me and I wake up right before it will hit me and I freak out when I wake up

  • Im white so this probably wont work for me.

  • Ok can someone please help me? I really want to enter lucid dreaming and I want to do it through sleep paralysis. But I heard that sleep paralysis is pretty terrifying. D: Because you feel like someone is in the room with you, you hear voices, you see things, and you cant move. Im afraid about whats going to happen! Ive never done this before. Can someone share their experiences with sleep paralysis?

  • @krazykitty789 I think you would find it quite scary, I think the only time it ever happened to me was when I was really young, I was completely paralyzed yet couscous, it was like I was half asleep, trapped in my own body, I could hear voices and I dreamed about some sort of skeleton woman in the room with me and she was screaming, it was all very realistic, I ended up sliding off of my bed and being stuck on the floor not being able to move, it was extremely terrifying.

  • dude sleep paralysis is part of sleep you fall asleep and your body paralyzes itself so you don't wake yourself up when your dreaming. Just so ya know LOL its actually part of life EVERYBODY has SP but few wake up while the body is still sleeping usually the mind wakes the body up.

  • @spazitude80 Yes, I'm well aware of the scientific explanation of sleep paralysis. It's only a theory and has not been proven fact. As someone who's experienced it hundreds of times if not thousands, I can tell you that there's something supernatural about it.

  • @sambo861 BAHAHAHAHA! ur silly

  • @sambo861 no, this is definitely proven fact, theres plenty of facts about it....What you see in sleep paralysis and feel is what you percieve of it.. Not hating on religion, just saying when there is facts, its true.

  • @Dillbark1 Well, I have yet to see anything that says it's proven fact, only explanations. But I'm not saying it's 100 percent a supernatural experience, but the truth is that no one knows what it really is not even know-it-all scientists.

  • @sambo861 Actually there is plenty of research and facts on it, just look it up :)

  • @Dillbark1 Reading the bible, you can only imagine coming across something that says "angels will come down to the earth from the heavens". Then you atheists laugh at it saying shit like "that makes no sense. people with wings?? that's dumb", but then you turn around and talk to your friends about "aliens coming to earth from a different dimension". Notice anything?? THEY'RE THE SAME THING. Science and Religion are explaining the same thing through different views, but which came first??

  • @Dillbark1 and that's NOT to say i'm religious. Philosophy, thank you for helping me understand how dumb the fight between science and religion is :) thank you.

  • @sambo861 dude just let it go, no one understands sleep paralysis like you, and I. I get this shit all the time. @Dillbark1 science is ALL THEORY. Seriously people. Science doesnt do shit except add abstract attatchments to an external fixed concrete "reality", in other words we will never be able to explain the external world due to the fact that we're just adding words ranging from simple "leaf" to complex "chlorophyll". Science&Relig. are equally false, yet their fighting over the same thing

  • @LusterPurge5678 LOL ALL THEORY< YUP NOTHINGS EVER BEEN PROVEN. Im not saying its a bad thing to be religious, me myself i believe that its incredibly healthy for everybody to have beliefs in something. Its just that when somebody says something like science is ALL THEORY , than that is just rediculous. Watch this, youl enjoy it..... watch?v=7ImvlS8PLIo

  • @Dillbark1 dude, science IS all theory. Did you even read my comments?? Science claims are all based on "concrete reality", but even IN explaining science you're creating these abstract attatchments to the empirical "data" and take it literally for what it is. Do you get it?? Ohh and please back up your claims with your acquired knowledge, not posting a video to do the explaining for you. Thanks.

  • @LusterPurge5678 lol you wouldnt be sitting on a computer writing this right now if science was all theory. And im still not saying religion is a bad thing to believe, (My grandmother was a reverend while she was alive), and i dont bash it. But saying Science is that, is just rediculous. Religion has held back science for years and years now, and now its not getting in the way and look where we have gotten. Im absolutely not saying that theyre cant be spirits and other things like that

  • @LusterPurge5678 becaus ei absolutely believe there are spirits walking the earth, its just that tons and tons and tons of the claims by say Christianity are so farfetched and have already been disproven by science. I myself believe that we walk around the earth as spirits after we die personally. Do i think some supernatural being has something to do with it? absolutely not. The universe wasnt made JUST for us, or the earth, or anything.

  • @Dillbark1 You're talking about technology, not science (in which yes, there is a difference between the two, research it), and from the start i was speaking in terms of Empircal Observation. Science itself is abstract, and non physical, it's just explanation. Technology is applying science and taking action. You're talking about something close, if not, different. Ohh and religion and science are the same thing, it's just that science is an accretion from religion through linear awareness.

  • @LusterPurge5678 I tried, but I just can't stay out of this one :) A. Science is not abstract. Science is concrete and physical by definition. Science is a "Systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation." B. Religion is the abstract, the metaphysical, the unproven. I promise you that I mean no offense to you by this, but there is a clear and definite line drawn between Science and Religion. They are not one and the same.

  • @Rayne444 Yeahh "gained through observation" from a subjective point of view, yes?? Science only exists due to our consciousness, it's by our consciousness that we are observing, and observations are only point of view, (science being an atheistic point of view). Subjective. Both are equally abstract because they explain things by adding non-physical attatchments to whatever empirical data. Just because science articulates the object to the most miniscule detail doesn't mean it's correct.

  • @LusterPurge5678 Yeah, I agree. I have nothing against science. I LOVE SCIENCE. It's always been one of my better subjects (except chemistry). But let's be honest. A lot of scientists ARE SNOBS who are extremely biased against any idea that does not fit their perfect mold for how the world works.

  • @sambo861 i feel you lol. what i find funny is that science doesn't believe in eternal metaphysics, and yet time itself is eternal, you can't say "BEFORE the beginning of time". Time has been and will always be. Science is real, only in terms of perceptive reality. Materialism. There's a lot of missing links in The Big Bang Theory and Evolution. It's funny how science doesn't believe in Creation, and yet The Big Bang Theory is pretty much saying something came from nothing..eewot?? lol

  • @sambo861 and that's not even to say i do believe in creation, i do have my own philosophical twist on it, but it's complicated haha. Same here though, science naturally was one of my better subjects, until i met philosophy lol

  • @Rayne444 It's through the mental scientific process that proves science abstract. Science is only here because our consciousness, you need an observer to analyze the empirical data and attatch abstract information to. I pick up the apple, the light bounces off the apple into my eye, where it then passes through the optic nerve and is converted into an electrical signal and THAT is what i'm seeing. What's left is for the observer "me"or "I" to attatch my verbal idea to the object. Get it??

  • @Dillbark1 People back in the day, thought that SP was some sort of demon possessing them in their sleep. Today, the scientific explanation is sleep paralysis (and we both know this take on it). Regardless of either view, both give an abstract explanation why you're paralyzed. Religion brought a supernatural take to the table, which can't be proven, but science also creates an abstract explanation, but instead add attatchments to the most miniscule details, get it??

  • @LusterPurge5678 oh and also, i posted a link to a video because one of the most acclaimed physicist is better at explaining things than me :)

  • @sambo861 thanks a lot dude. I get sleep paralysis a lot too, but my problem is that i really suck at gaining mental clarity, but yes i love LD. I do enjoy listening to the idiots trying to give me scientific explanations for it. Ohh and are you black and asian?? you look it. well if so, that's funny because i'm black and asian. We sort of look alike haha, and here i am, wearing my small polo shirt as well..weird haha.

  • ME 2! always use sleep paralysis :P and so many ppl are scared to go to sleep every night because of it :P its kinda sad. i

  • Look up jordanduchnycz on youtube for more info on this kind of stuff.

  • you look handsome ><

  • @MichiruGolden Ah..thanks.

  • I used to have sleep paralysis atleast 2 or 3 times a week but ever since I started learning about lucid dreaming and I had one I can't get in to sleep paralysis again any tips someone?

  • @1337Oblivious SAME WITH ME! :D

  • I just had it, no hallucinations! I"m quite disappointed. lol

  • The place you are at in the lucid dreaming is the astral plane, very real. Go to a place you have not been before and study the detail of a wall or something, then visit this place in real life and the detail will be exactly similar.

  • lol did the same for me had sex on my first lucid dream

  • Is there anyway to purposely induce sleep paralysis I hear such ways exist

  • @BlackPoisonxX As soon as you wake up. Don't move and think about something scary. Works like a charm.

  • They are called engery vampires... I've had quite a few encounters with them... they like to slurp human energy...

  • @RadicalDreamer2012 Oh..I've never heard of that..but I know that they definitely drain my energy..but it seems that the older I get, the less they attack me. I guess the older you get, the more concrete you become in the physical world. I don't have lucid dreams nearly as much as I used to, and it bothers me.

  • heres what i think sleep paralysis is..........you wake up in your dream you notice you can't move anything it starts to scare you bringing bad thoughts into your mind bringing on an nightmare a nightmare seeming so real you believe you were attack by a being or ghost as freaky as it may seem its all just a nightmare doesn't anyone think this to?

  • I think everybody's subconscious has the ability to create their own dimension, and that's where we go when we dream.

  • i been lucid like an hour or 2, i actually got bored o_0

i agree with you! the dream world is real! :) watch my vids bro

  • Deep delta is the true awakening. If you wake in the deepest state of delta, you permanantly awaken into ever present awareness. Delta is where i discovered the blackscreen, in dreamless sleep is where precognition is accessed. in Delta is where your mind is clearest. Alpha states(lucid) rob you of the natural healing process of the body, but this is where clairevoyance is accessed. But the true connection is in deep dreamless delta. But for all not born of the 3rd eye must access SP.

  • All signals received are outside of standard time/space. 5th,6th dimensions are in the non physical infinite. Timeless. These are where we can see ressonations of the past/present/future. The Jinn is a concept of people who have oppressed psionics. The Jinn is you. Your subconscious wishes to align with you, but society has been indoctrinated to separate from the source. If you face the fear, only then will you realize you have full control over your own entities. By manifesting the screen.

  • Take it to the next step, Pull up the blackscreen. If you erase the screen, you have gained control of your sleeping mind consciously, which is far more rewarding in the end. It reduces the panic & takes the monsters away. then you can concentrate on your breathing & potentially astral project. It is very evident that if you do manage defeating the fear that you most certainly will go lucid. But in no way is lucid as awake as SP. Erase the screen & create a new scene.

  • @LendMeYourHand Huh? I am confused about the screen. I have astral projected many times, but for me, sleep paralysis occurs first then opens the doors to other possibilities. I've even caught myself floating out of my body, and it scared the shit out of me. One time I stood up outside of my body on my bed and the being attacked me, but he was invisible though. What is this dimension called outside of the body, but not in the dream world either? Do you know? Sometimes my lucid dreams control me.

  • @sambo861 I have floated outside of my body as well, i saw the invisible ones when i was 4. They cant hurt you. Most of all invisible ones are past events being played out....recognitions. If the person is still alive in your present, they appear invisible. I was born precog/clairevoyant, so the SP was only an advanced step into opening the eye up even further. To understand the element of time/space & how this does not apply outside of a 3D/4D.

  • @sambo861 Be careful my brother. You might be biting off more then you can chew. I hope your faith is strong. You are swimming in merky waters.

  • @slickrickdarula Huh? I am not a Christian if that's what you are talking about. Is that what you mean by faith?

  • @sambo861 slickrick is just a scared christian whos heard from other christians that this is dangerous. that is all

  • im familiar with lucid dreaming and have had two that i can remember not to long ago but last night i had a dream, felt like i woke up but could not move, i opened my eyes and saw a black cloud and imediately got scared closed my eyes. then i started to move again and slipped into another dream. But i was familiar with what had happened while it was going on because i read about it, it was a pretty cool experience now that i think about it!!!

  • i tried it so many times, lay still dont move blah blah close eyes, but the heavy feeling kicks in a little...but i never hear any sounds...what the shit man.

  • @churde Well, not everyone hears sounds..I don't always hear sounds or see the entity. But no matter how much you feel like you can't breath or what not, you have train yourself to just go to sleep. You should feel like you are falling through the bed or flying in some weird dimension until suddenly you reach this huge vividly colorful room. That's what usually happens to me. Once you're in this huge room or colorful space, you know you are ready to try to control your dream. Bonne chance.

  • @sambo861

thnx for your tips man, i appreciate it. but it isnt what i have to do after, that i have problems with, its how to get to sleep paralysis in the first place. can you tell me if this is correct: lay on your back(with or without blanket doesnt matter) eyes closed , igonere itches dont move, and lets yourself drift away. the best time is like 4/5 in the morning or midday? its important not to move and then things will work themselves out. thnx in advance.

  • i love what you said. im gonna try to lucid dream next time i sp. but yeah ive heard of the djn and the old hag and all that stuff.

  • I read this a long time ago, and I've been told this by my parents. Everytime you have Sleep Paralysis wiggle your toes and when you can, just move up your legs, and then go up futher untill you can yell. When you can yell, you're in CONTROL. YOu can do whatever the fuck you want.

  • Sleep paralysis is actually normal, unless your awake during it.

  • punkduck, well, you're right but I meant being awake. Most people I know have never experienced it or only once. I used to get it ALL THE TIME...several times in one night sometimes since I was a kid..

  • @sambo861 u r like me, since birth i experience 2 or 3 times a week byt the grace of God almighty. and what puzzles me that AP isnt a dream cos i went to the house of the grl i lov, walking insde hr home saw her parents bro n bedroom of her she was in blanket, n dat time i never saw her prnts in reality n her home furniture decoration,, which confirmed after a yr when my real physically saw her home rooms etc etc.. it baffles me, cus saw the exact details of her house n even the fragrance n air

  • Hey I saw your video, I have had a few WILDS - WAKE INDUCED LUCID DREAMS.

The two best ways to stay in a lucid dream longer are this.

    1. Excitement is bad, and large emotional response that causes adrenaline to flow will wake you from your dream. so when it happens control your excitement, you must control your heart rate and keep things "NORMAL"

2, If your dream begins to fade out or gets blurry or you feel you are slipping, spin around in circles. like a top.

  • i like your vids and i have that sleep paralysis too since im 12 yo. but tell me how can u turn sleep paralysis into lucid dream i wanna learn this because sleep p. sucks :)

  • my lucid dreams (when I'm lucky enough to get them) always end as soon as things "get good" !! I always wake up just when I'm having a great time! lol

  • njm, yeah..once you train yourself to not try to have sex, then you can control them better. Try flying or something like that...just make sure you really settled into the lucid dream state cause if you try to do to much as soon as you enter it, then you will wake up faster...
