  • Would a left handed person have problems shooting this? I know the brass ejects by your cheek, but from this video it seems to fly forwards.

  • @lphiljipl I think It should be OK.

  • Does it come with a mepro 21 sight? I mean the original green sight for tavor.

  • @MrZnoopie depend on which model. The colour is red on mine not green .

  • 你有試L85嗎?

  • Does this take LAR-15/XCR Micro magazines?

Non-restricted at 10 rounds since they are technically made for pistols.

  • oh my gosh i wish it was legal in the us...

  • Very nice rifle!! I wish I can afford one.

  • Where in Canada did you get?

  • TAURUS will have this rifle avaliable in 2015 , for the brazilian army , an another nice gun made in Brazil is the IMBEL IA2 in 7.62NATO or 5.56NATO

  • You got more cool toys than batman! I'm your fan now !

  • aha cool :D

  • hahahahaha in portuguese you said like alcoohol hahahahahaha

  • fucking jews and your ugly weapons fuck you all !!!

  • @apple8kamk yes to the first part, and no to the second. They really made a good weapon, you cant deny it.

  • @aseticelite

hahahaha you jew hater :D and you think the tar-21 is a good weapon??? did you ever shoot one or is your experience from moder warfare 2? :D

the only israel weapon who are a lil cool (but with a extrem reciol) is the desert eagle .50 AE

  • @apple8kamk modern warfare? lol I've read a lot about it. Also the mexican army was willing to buy some so when I was in, they received some and gave us some instructions of the capabilities of them. The fx05 was also part of those in tests, but HK just managed to make a deal and delivered thousands of g3's and g36's and those tavors just ended up in Colombia I think.

So no , not by playing stupid videogames.

  • is it in the restricted categorie in canada?

  • @simplewilli This one is non-restricted

  • @Unclerogerlin nice :D

  • The TAR 21 is finally coming to the US lol. About time.

  • It's so beautiful!

  • Hello, is the Tar21 only available to law enforcement in the US? What's the cost?

  • @leongaines I am from Canada so not sure about the US.

  • @leongaines As of now, it's not available at all in the US due to the import laws. Unless they begin to be manufactured in the US or IMI creates a sporting version that can be imported, and then built back to it's original form, they won't come to the US.

  • @leongaines el ejercito de colombia ya los adquirió solo que no se el costo

  • @leongaines want one in the U.S.? first try to find one man, don't see a single one in L.E. agencies anywhere, I'm guessing on market here it would probably be expensive(rare in America)

  • What optic is mounted on the pictured Tavor?

  • @invalidexception Leupold MARK 4 CQ/T

  • @DinoHunter2 yes! it's restricted.

  • @hippo939 non-restricted if it has a barrel 18.5" and is semi-auto

  • @intensegravity12 you are right! My mistake ! It's non-restricted .

  • @DinoHunter2 It is still legal to own in Canada .

  • Hey is it true that you can have 10 round mags for that gun because of some kind of loophole in canadian law in regards to ar mags?

  • @drunkadian Yep they are called lar-15 mags, they are ment for a ar-15 pistol that uses the same mag well as the ar-15 rifle.

  • I have mixed feelings about the TAR-21... on the one hand, it's a really interesting weapon and has apparently proven itself to the IDF (which is definitely a very good recommendation), but on the other hand, its exterior is still mostly polymer... and I hate plastic fantastics...

  • that thing is cool as fuck

  • israeli gun

  • ivana spec-r

  • wow look at that set up. love the TAR

  • I'm a Israeli boy, it's nice to see a great home made rifle used all over the world and see comments about how good it is :)

  • How did you get one of these?

  • @shinli00 Few store have them in stock in Canada.

  • I don't know anything about that weapon, how does it handle? I have never seen anyone use it

  • wouldn't it be nice with a holding grip...

  • how is the muzzle climb? malfunctions? have you stress tested it?

  • sexy gun, sexy shooter

  • So jealous of you right now, we can't get these rifles in the United States. Though it's a trade off considering that I live in Texas and I can get anything short of....

Wait? What the hell is illegal in Texas short of explosives? I can more or less get any type of firearm as long as I fill out the correct paperwork.

Still really want that Tar-21. Guess I'll stick to my high capacity mags.

  • @nchau78666 where in the U.S./Tx law does it say that a Tar-21 cannot be owned or obtained by a U.S. civi?

  • @Fatalshot24, I'm not saying that we can't own it. Obtaining it is a different story. The Tavor was never imported into the states due to the import deal falling through. So if I wanted a Tavor, I would go through a lot more paperwork and money, just to import it into my hands. There's also the fact that it's not technically a "Sporting Rifle." For Instance, when was the last time you've seen a civilian FA-MAS?

  • @Fatalshot24 It is not legal in the US because of 922(r). Basically no "non sporting" weapons are legal to import. It would only be legal if it was manufactured here. Same reason why all the AK's you see are made of mostly US tapco parts.

  • @airsoftdude1990 "Mostly" is an extreme overstatement. AKs need either 5 or 6 domestic parts (usually depending on whether it's a milled or stamped variant)...generally, the FCG (3 parts), piston (1), and two other parts are used (receiver, barrel, PG, brake, follower, etc).

The Tavor could be imported in a "sporting" configuration and converted for 922r compliance quite easily. It already uses US-made magazines, so it only needs 2 or 3 more components (trigger, piston, etc) for compliance.

  • @Fatalshot24 Well if you really want one... you could always join the Israeli military.

  • @earthwormjah From what I’ve seen the TAR is the equivalent to our SCAR, and in Russia their equivalent is their AM-94. Not every regular Joe get’s a TAR it’s more for the elite, I see most of the IDF soldiers carrying M16’s and M4’s.

  • @ST4leave The AN-94 is, I believe, a highly modified Kalashnikov. The Israelis used to use a Kalashnikov variant called the Galil, which was drop dead reliable but expensive and heavy. The Tavor has been used by I.D.F infantry for a few years, and the MTAR (micro Tavor) is now the standard I.D.F infantry rifle, but, because they are expensive and the Israelis have tons of M4's, the M16/M4 isn't going anywhere. The Tavor is in use with every I.D.F infantry unit except for Tzanchanim.

  • @ST4leave for a long time short barrel M4's where a special forces weapon/status symbol in the I.D.F, but now regular I.D.F units are using the MTAR. The Israelis do lots of urban/CT warfare (for obvious reasons) so it makes sense to arm infantry troops with a "special forces" weapon. Other countries that buy the MTAR will probably only use it for special forces, like you said.

  • @ST4leave Oh yeah, I forgot this watch?v=tlxVSrHyXSQ

  • @hippo939 is the feel of the trigger good or bad?

  • @Konflict7993 so so

  • whats the best assault rifle you ever shot?

  • would one be able to smuggle one into the us say hypothetically?

  • will it take 30 round ar mags

  • @silverblotter yes! But not in Canada.

  • @hippo939 Got one myself. From Texas, so it explains a lot already. LOL XD

  • Планируется на вооружение Украины ( конечно это не реально, но настрой у военных серьёзный ) Израилю эта винтовка обходится в 10 раз дороже м-16.

  • i agree it is sad

  • it would be really cool if you could give a quick opinion of the guns in these videos also, just to give us an idea on your preferences and how they handle and feel.

  • great new rifle ..., quick question.., what does "hippo" use for home defense??

  • @MultiSr16 well since this is in canada there is no such thing as home defense if some one breaks in your house and you shoot them you go to jail

  • @famous9783 SAD

  • @famous9783 nice leupy btw

  • @famous9783 I remember a case of a man in Quebec shooting two police, killing one, when they entered his home with a no knock warrant and being acquitted.

  • @MultiSr16 kendo stick

  • @hippo939 Do you have pinned 30 round mags?

  • @SpiritOffAdventure22Yes! It's pinned to 5rds .

  • @hippo939 I think prepping in Canada would not be to hard.

  • @hippo939 glad to see everyone enjoyed that reply as much as i did...,classic hahaha

  • @MultiSr16 An USAS 12, With 5 rounds of depleted uranium buckshot?

  • Yessssss

  • is this gun rear heavy.?, or is it evenly balanced.?

  • @lewis4642011

Seems balanced with the torch he has on it!

  • @lewis4642011 The weight and recoil of this gun are in the rear, but ive got to say its extremely comfortable. The balance is just great. super fun gun to shoot.
