back when van gerwen was the hottest property in darts shame he hasnt fulfilled his potential plenty of time yet thou,i tihnk he should of stayed in the bdof or few years and established himself as one of the top players there before swtiching to the pdc

But i do, and I'm afraid he's right. Maybe not in the first few rounds. And not every player, but the players that get to the quarters and semis make sensational matches. The level is much higher. the average is 5 to 6 points better and the finishes are higher. Sorry.
