NUUUUUUUUU he cant use that move :( the whole flail you over the edge smack twice and smack down :( , thats one of my three main moves with TL :(

Not totally true it's hard to get on people but if you do it at the right times it can work, but if anything it just makes it a little faster to start bair's when right up in someones face.
