NETFLIX SUCKS!!!! I have tried them twice with horrible results. The last time i went three weeks with out a movie and I live 15 miles from there San Jose distribution center. They have NO customer service. It took me 45 mins search how to email them. They will respond. I cancelled my service and they keep on charging my credit card. NETFLIX SUCKS! BEAWARE!
wow, 45 minutes? u shud know that upon emailing their automated service, u receive a direct email to their service. this is the same situation with most online businesses.

I never understood what was so tough about Netflix.
You wanna cancel your account, go tothe website and cancel it.
The option pops up 2 seconds after you click your acct info.
I've had Netflix for 3 years, and the only problem I ever had was the Loser nextdoor stealing my movies.

I canceled my account and they never charged me again. They do still send me emails asking me to return, but not a lot.
