In the original network telecasts, the sponsor's product {Salem cigarettes, Lifebuoy soap, Pepsodent toothpaste, etc.} would be seen in the lower left-hand corner of the screen during the closing credits...
These are the closing credits for "Washington 4, Indians 3" [10/23/65], and "Hello Columbus- Goodbye America" [5/1/70]; in the final season, CBS became "co-owner" of the series with Leonard Stern and TA/Norton Simon {which later sparked a complicated deal in syndication for the last 26 episodes, as NBC Films controlled the rights to the other episodes before turning those over to National Telefilm Associates in 1971}.
There were a few slight differences with the Get Smart closings in the 1st 4 seasons:
In S2, the TA logo - Talent Associates logo has its own animated in-credit logo by itself.
In S4, its final season w/ NBC, the credits no longer use the fading motion (which was very common on many shows in the '60s) and I think by this time, the diretor and writers name credits no longer preceeded the closing credits. And midway to the end of S4, that' when the TA and Norton/Simon merger came along.
Was the title or ending scene where one of those doors closes on his nose?

I owned the 45 rpm single at one time. Record collectors don't contact me. Have no idea if its lost or trashed.

The closing theme from 0:00-0:11 is on the episode entitled "Washington 4, Indians 3."
