Well, this video seems to me misgiving. Firstly, I can see, that the voice control either is fake, or you have jailbroken you iPhone. It doesn't work on my iPhone 3GS (European) at all. When I say "Steve Jobs", it just answers with a "bip-bip" tone.
@UnitedPS3 that is the light sensor flashes that the human eye can't pick up.

course its jailbroken but only for the theme and apps i guess voice control is real with all retail iphones. my friend has it and were in london.
