Overtime starts at 3:40. With the faceoff by Zayas the strategy was: he clamps over the ball, sweeps it backwards between his legs to his teammate, Darling, about 10 yards; Darling catches the ball and passes it across half field back to Zayas and then Zayas would pass to the other open middie or an attackman for a quick score (that was the plan and it kinda worked out-watch the video). We knew a quick score was necessary to win; Loudoun was too dangerous to keep exchanging field position.
Against a very tough Loudoun team! Defense was great on both sides, and the goalies did an outstanding job. The score was 1-1 tied in the fourth quarter, it went into overtime! We won 2-1!
