I have dragonica installed on my vmware fusion running windows 7, the problem is when I load it the computer mouse disappears and the game mouse doesnt sync with it...help please!
This seems to be very slow for a Mac (ON START-UP) how much RAM do you have and what is the Processor Speed, once it gets going though it does get a bit quicker. This is why i'm not that keen on youtube as it can sometimes make videos of games and software reviews very slow and makes them look worse than they are!
@jai163 I know this comment is about five months late, but PLEASE try to answer, this question may prove to be very important to me. Would you recommend VMWare or Parallels?
Yes. What Fusion does is letting you start windows in a separate window over Mac os. Then u can TAB between both. But as you asked, you need a windows license cd aswell, If you wanna chose either WIN or OS X then you can use bootcamp which comes with mac os x.
hey dude, im thinking about getting vmware and i have the windows 7 disk, but i also want windows on there and with my student discount i can get office ultimate really cheap. and i was woundering if it would work with it ? please get back to me asap. ive subbed too :)
I'm not sure I completely understand your question. Basically, creating a virtual computer on youre your Mac using VMware is basically the same as installing the software on a PC. If you're asking whether or not your student discount version of Office Ultimate will work with a virtual copy of Windows 7 on VMware then the answer is yes. So long as it's a legit copy and you allocate enough hardi disk space to the Virtual Machine.
for me it just doesn't want to power on! It is there but just can't start off!

I just recently bought windows 7 disk and followed the steps vmware fusion gave me.

Can you please please respond to this as quick as possible.

@HarryWebProductions you're right it is slow, thats why I've switched to parallels. I'm running a 4GB Ram and 2.66GHz Processor Macbook Pro.

Wow, Aero works in a VM :o
That's awesome. I hope Virtualbox gets that far eventually.
