@Da1337Man Actually, Claudia and the others want Heather dead or alive, no matter if she's still alive or a corpse... That's why even when Heather is killed, Valtiel still takes/drags her body and takes it to where it should be.

Sorry about doing two posts, but I ran out of character space. Anyway, only after my second playthrough did I realize that the door unlocks after the reflection freezes. That and I've played it on easy, normal, and hard, and died MANY times.

Not ONCE was I dragged off by Valtiel though. How in the world do you get him to do that???

A lot of SH fans probably already know this, but you can die in the storeroom in the alternate hospital if you wait long enough. On my first play through, I went in there, saw all the crazy stuff happen, and ran for the door. I foound it was locked and would not seem to come unlocked, so, like an idiot, I stayed in the room and watch Heather's reflection (Alessa) freeze, and stood there and after a little bit, Heather just up and died!! It sucked!!!

In the room with the mirror, the illusion is that there is another room on the other side of it, once all the (blood?) engulfs the ground and such. And that you are now IN the mirror, and the thing on the other side is watching you, as its reflection.
