@Ragenesshog I dunno if I'd say that. I like them both a lot for different reasons. This song really gives me the feeling of being a child, stuck beyond his head in space, just like the game. But it peaks and has its action in the refrain, but it also retains a feeling of love. Love lost, love found, love protected... It reminds me both of how innocent and feeling Leo is but also of how cold and broken Viola is. Beyond the Bounds reflects ZOE2ndR perfectly as well. I haven't finished 2 yet D: ):

Yeah. I really like Beyond the Bounds, but honestly this gave me a thought to have my own Beast Videogame Music JUST by how epic this is. Beyond the bounds is a bit more like in a final battle or something, but still. This is better in my opinion, but actually by not that much.

Both games were great. I liked the strategy you could somewhat employ in the first one, especially on hard. In ZOE2, I like the fast paced fluid combat.

However, I do like this song as an intro more. This sounds more intro-ish, whereas Beyond the Bounds sounds more like battle music and/or ending music.

Z.O.E will really be in my heart, the best game on PS2 aside from MGS2. Oh did I mention both of those games were either produced or directed by Hideo Kojima? The Second Runner can suck my ass, the dialouge sucked and I did not enjoy it as much as the first one.

I would have to disagree with you on that first part. I think that the three games (counting Fist of Mars) each have their own "charm" and are each very special in their own way.

I don't want to sound like a douche when I say this (I know it will come out that way, just bear with me please), but I would rather not have any new ZOE games at all than have ZOE3 on PSP. I am not buying one for any MGS, and I won't buy one for ZOE.

@metalgearhelp: why arent you willing to buy a PSP? besides the rumor going about of the unveiling of the PSP2 soon, the PSP is very worth getting imo. i got it back in i think 2007 and havent regretted it :D. but of course, to each his own *shrugs*. some people just dont like handhelds

Yes, Z.O.E Idolo is the first one in the timeline, then the TV series Z.O.E Dolores, i till episode 12, then the first Z.O.E videogame events happen, it continues with Dolores, i from episode 13-26 and finally Z.O.E 2nd Runner. I'm hoping for Kojima to do a third game :)

I remember putting the disc into my ps2 when I first got this game. I didn't even bother to put the MGS2 demo in. I was immediatly sucked in by this song.

You probably mean "Beyond the Bounds", the title song from the second ZOE game. It's different, also sung by a different singer. According to the comments there, it's finnish or norwegian or something like that, but with some parts in english. Just check it, there is a video here on YouTube with the lyrics.
