Almost anything is possible but engine size doesnt really have anything to do with it. I can beat CLK55 and their engines are much larger than mine but the CLK55 weighs more.

I still like the fuel for power economy that Civic Si makes, with some small parts you can have a nice N/A set-up doing about 250hp at the wheels I would guess. For a 4banger it's pretty decent, 30mpg+ city and 40mpg+ highway at 250hp good bang for the buck.
the si isn't that impressive on gas, it will maybe average 27 city and 31-32 highway. plus the k20z3 requires premium fuel to account for the advanced timing. and you need quite a few mods to achieve 250whp na. like built motor and built valvetrain. damn now that i think about it you would have to put 7k+ into that motor to get that much power na. the solution= boost! =)
about 1,200 for quality intake, headers, and exhaust will get you to about 215whp. Then a tune which is maybe 800 with dyno and all that to maximize the bolt ons would get you to about 230whp. 5,000 more dollars to get you another 20? naww i don't think so.

cant use k-pro for one only 02-04 rsx can also 05-06 rsx with a 02-04 harness....cobb accessport...or hondata flashpro...each around $750 bucks but you are correct about the turbo which would cost about 5 grand at AJP in florida but good for about 400 horsepower...

I own a G35 '06 Coupes, but their parts are insainly expensive compared to the Civic or the MUSTANG. I was looking up a Turbo for my G35 and they costed 5.5k+ compared to the Mustang's which is maybe 2k, and Civics' are 800$ LoL So far I bought my SSV Kinetix intake manifold, CAI, and Exhaust Headers, I already killed 1.5k with those three. Those would cost maybe 600$ for a Civic

that will be fast. the suspension you have must be really nice, cause thats the first time ive ever heard anyone say they like the handling on a stang, exept for people who like to have sloppy drifts. once i get the money ima upsize my turbo and i should run 400 at the wheels in a car less than 2000 pounds and ill have 450 ft/lbs of torque from 2300-4800 rpms. i know your gonna laugh, but i actually have a saab because they are the best at converting the effects of a turbo into actual torque.

Mustangs handle awesome with a good suspension.Eibach pro kit with braces in the front and rear.I have subframs too.Yes,a stock mustang handles shitty,not a 93 cobra.Ask around.Thats why they make great trans am series race cars.Thats why the 93 cobra was built.Only the engine block is the same as a 93 gt.

I'll be honest, if the Civic had the same budget as the G35 did. The civic would blow the G35 out of the waters. I own a G35 '06 Coupes, but their parts are insainly expensive compared to the Civic or the MUSTANG. I was looking up a Turbo for my G35 and they costed 5.5k+ compared to the Mustang's which is maybe 2k, and Civics' are 800$ LoL So far I bought my SSV Kinetix intake manifold, CAI, and Exhaust Headers, I already killed 1.5k with those three. Those would cost maybe 600$ for a Civic

Like my comment earlier, Civic parts are 5 TIMES cheaper than Infiniti G35 parts. I'm sure if the Civic used just as much money as the G35 did. The civic might've won. I spent 4k dollar on my G35. I got SSV Kinetix Intake Manifold, GReddy CAI, and Megans Racing Headers, and a new set of MRR Rims. My friend used 1,000$ He has a New Turbo Kit, and Exhaust headers. And pulls out the same numbers I do.

amen. people dont realize the Si is still a CIVIC! and always will be. horsepower is getting better but still torque sucks. you could easily drop the difference in price of the G35 into the Si for cosmetics and engine parts and have an amazing, fast "economy" car
