Been awhile, but I think I just used a resist Physical Persona and a Null Elec Persona for when he reached half HP. I made Yosuke guard around half HP cause he's weak to lighting, and make Yukiko a dedicated Healer (only using Agi if no one needed healing). The key to the fight is taking out nice guy ASAP, once that's done, ignore tough guy and take out Shadow Kanji
Lulz, pretty much. If he would stop using craptacular moves like Rampage, and if I didn't have Dodge Phys and Resist phys, he MIGHT have been considered a threat.
