@Feblll Now that I own a 1/8 Buggy and 1/10 Truggy, I know the Revo 3.3 is nowhere close to either of them... I feel like the Revo can fool people, even me by having the potential to look like a truggy/muggy.... but no real competition qualities.... Thanks for your Post, my views have changed since my last.....
@Austincity1234 Out of the box I'd say it's a cross between a monster truck and truggy. But if you changed the tires and wheels to truggy ones and sway bars makes it much closer to a truggy... One big difference is power, Unless you get the Mamba E-Revo the Nitro 3.3 Revo is seriously underpowered compared to a big block Nitro truggy with one speed tranny's...
lol the skayer is faster becuase its weight. the revo has a couple pounds over it, and with small blocks, that means alot. just from my personal viewers opinion, how does the slash handle tracks as opposed to the revo? you'd think the wider wheelbase of the revo would raise it in turning ability, but the slashes low CG would help as well..lol..whats your opinions?
@insanity0x1 True the Revo has 2 lbs on the Slayer, and the Slayer is approx 3 lbs over the Slash 4x4... All 3 drive completely different, The Revo is great over high speed small jumps/bumps... The Slash 4x4 Bounces all over the place on a bumpy track, but does corner the best out of all 3 with the right suspension settings! The Revo has trouble with tight turns, a Spool rear diff is the fix for loose surfaces... The Slayer pro is a happy medium, jumps and turns well...
@puhjay69 got my slayer the EZ Start was doing the same thing as yours so I called Traxxas they are sending me a new EZ Start motor
Then during break in on the forth tank every time I hit full throttle my steering servo quite working I would have to wiggle the wheels to get it to work so they are sending me a servo to
@1Wolverine1975 Crazy, Slayer Pro Curse... lol... I'm going roto start I think, use one of my HPI ones... Hopefully it was the Servo not the Rx.... Did you try one of your Revo's servo's? Did you the get #25 body?
BTW, I'm working on my new outdoor track all weekend....
@1Wolverine1975 i had the same problem. i would drive my slayer n then the steering would randomly go out. i ended up gettin a JR metal gear servo and i haven't had any problems since.
Unless ProAdvantage is still paying rent I don't know about, this is not their track. Special thanks to Roger and Ian Lafferty for allowing fellow RC enthusiasts to enjoy their property and short course track. The track inhabits the former Rhino Paintball park property @ 130 Experimental Farm Rd. Vehicle access is between the house and barn. Follow the roadway to the track.
@leafsking Hey, I don't know anything about who ProAdvantage Pays for what... HA! I just named it that, cuz I had no idea what to call it, and I know people might find it under the stores name when searched for... Someone needs to put together a small website so I can LINK it...
I too did a FOC. Never had a problem with it, just never used. If you dont use it, throw it the hell out. Guy code...

@austincity1234... The revo is a monster truck. Fyi if it was a cross between a monster truck and a truggy it would be a muggy.
