This was an awesome gore flick! Most of the afterdark horror fests are decent, but this I think is so far my fav. Good story line, awesome gore, not too cheesy. Last House In The Woods was a good gore as well.

this director co-wrote a flick with argento. this guy blows! this is the most cookie cutter/horror 101 film. all these films do to qualify as horror is just adding a ton of gore, blood and body parts. no atmosphere, camera work, suspense. and all these other torture/gore films are such cop outs. that's all they have going for them. it is the true state of modern exploitation films. I guess if it makes a buck. but it's horror by and for idiots.

This is the worst horror movie i have ever seen. EVERYTHING, from plot and actors, to gore sucks ass. I mean every detail of this is so stupidly made, like a 5 year old made a movie. And gore is bad, very bad. A lot of blood doesnt make a good horror movie. Organs look so artificial, the guy made them has no idea about anatomy. And lol i laughed so hard when they say "go to the third floor" in the movie...and the hospital only has 1 floor, coz they show it like every 2 mins. Retarded movie.2/10

I actually loved this film. Very over the top gore with a lot of really dark humor. I noticed that the very last scene in this trailer is actually the alternate ending in which the Emily is captured and eventually killed. I liked the ending they decided to use a lot better.

I actually loved this film. Feels campy, retouched my b-horror days watching as a young child. This one is a top to see if you haven't still watched it. Even gots Robert Patrick. I gaved this film a A-. Has anybody seen the movie yet?? Well, you got to see the movie inorder to get the films story, as you can see from the trailer the group that crashed get sent to this rural left alone hospital in no-where town and the body parts are used to keep alive a loved one.
