  • @knotterchen - Not sure. I know it's a rebuild/conversion but of what I'm not totally sure. It's the Tiger Tank from Saving Private Ryan.

  • yea, the 9th ss does have a lot of cool vehicles.........but in a few years my mom wont be very happy abbout me joining a SS group.........

  • are these german americans in these groups or can anybody become a member

  • no, they're not all German-Americans. All inquiries are welcomed.

  • Where is this event held at?

  • bei sowas würd ich auch gern mitmachen.. will auch mal mit nem tiger fahren^^

  • Wir kommen wieder....

  • I come from germany and we have some vehicles, too and we all are the "Brandenburger"

  • fantastic I love the footage the tank and the song Panzer Lied

  • i think its wonderful even if its a conversion

  • I re-enacted World War 2 German back in the 1980's. It is a 100 times more authentic now. We had maybe a handful of vehicles then. Once in a blue moon this guy would bring out an Original "Hetzer." Once at Fort Dix someone brought out a yellow painted M-47 as a "Panzer". Way too farbie even for then. But that was it. We'd have killed back then to have had T-55 or T-34 Tiger conversion. Great job!!!

  • i'm from germany and i want to visit your kindergarden^^

    well done

  • congratulations, if only we were all so lucky as to be able to afford to purchase, ship, and restore original Armor...<sigh>

  • The reenactment group near my area has a real Panzer III, Not some T-34 conversion.

  • wow ur special u want a cookie

  • Having an original Panzer III is cool but it's irresponsible to use it for events. In a hundred years reenactors will curse our generation for being so foolish with original vehicles. There's nothing wrong with reproduction vehicles as long as they are accurate. And as far as the contradiction about using original T34s for conversion, who cares their Russian anyways :P

  • I know this is a little slow at the begining. It's a "rough" edt. Hope you enjoy!

  • Are you in Grossdeutschland? They reenact around my area (MD, NY, PA, etc) all the time. I'd like to join some day. I have no equipment, just firearms. Kar98k and Walther P.38, both firing veteran bring backs.

  • Yes, I am a member of GD. Please contact our unit CO for more information about joining.
