our countries money problems are a result of international economic crisis and our own penchant for borrowing above our income level, not interest free student loans. If national had got in we would be in so much more defecit with all the "vote buying" they attempted. And as we all know, it is small to medium business who will get us through this crisis, the more tertiary educated nz'ers the better. we need a knowledge economy to get by, and interest free loans encourages that.
