i have had this mp3 player for roughly 6 months now

and i absolutely love it, i really do

i also had an ipod before i had my zen, and i fucking hated it

always having to reset it over and over again, always freezing

i have only had to reset my zen 3 times since i have been using it

that's just one example why the zen vision m is far superior than the shit house ipod

This shit broke on me. It was a good player, but it would always freeze, and then it froze and never unfroze.

If it freezes, just wait for the battery to die, then plug it in and it should work again. I've done it at least 5 times, it's really not that big of a deal.
