to quote one of their songs, you're ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about Dean Hagopian being the lead singer for 1 year. I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG.
I learned something new today. thank you. smartsane

Dean Hagopian was never in The Staccatos.

Dean Hagopian was the lead singer for the Staccatos when Les Emmerson founded them in 1963.
Emmerson took over as lead singer after Hagopian quit the band in 1964.
does anyone out there have the other 45 rpms of the backing band The Regals?
they are the band that back Dean Hagopian on these 2 songs.
they put out a 45 rpm Side A is Stranger Side B is Blue Sea.
they also did 2 songs with Dave Britten on 45 rpm called Loneliness and I Want to Tell You
