ya nizoral was the one recommended for me by one of the doctors.do use it.but its very concentrated.use very less and yes,use it every 2 days.not daily,or your hairs will loosen...

Normal Head and Shoulders does nothing. You gotta use the Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment shampoo; the one that's orange in the dark blue bottle. That kind worked for me, but I stopped using it because it was kinda expensive compared to other shampoos, but compared to that Nizoral it's dirt cheap XD If you haven't tried that orange Head and Shoulders in the dark blue bottle, try it before you try this super expensive stuff. As a bonus it made my hair nice and soft too lol

This didnt work for me, what is working now is H&S and Selenix, use H&S for the first wash up, then, use selenix, take a bath everyday, but only use selenix twice a week, the others days use just H&S, its working for me :)

My hair is really thick and curly, i mean you could scrub pots with it. and I used to have a regular dandruff problem. Then my hairline started receding. So my head was becoming high maintenance 1st anti dandruff n now hair growth products.

So I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone. $30 hair clippers n I shave my head at least once every 2 weeks. have been for the past 8 yrs. I feel so free. no bad hair days, no hair products, no hair styles, just get up n go. Requirement: symmetric head :P
