Nah Philly aint make Jay thats true. But not all of state prop was in jail all the time. so lets not just blame state prop. both parties was in the wrong, but Philly definitely piped up the definition of the Roc way harder on the east coast.

Bluprint 2 was the shit and both State Prop CD's were some of the best rap I've heard to this day.
