Here's how I do it, I write to the government/police and driving authority and say to them "If it says on my birth certificate that it's state property and not to use it as ID, am I not commiting fraud by using it to obtain a licence? and if so is it not incitement to commit fraud for your agents to force me to have one?" I don't get repied to or pulled over.

Ps I'm in the UK, this works internationally as all birth certificates are state property worldwide and not to be used as ID anywhere.

This video is wrong about Article 4 Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution: Here's what the first Clause states: The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. [Privileges] and [Immunities] I see this as, you are allowed to waive your Rights and have the same privileges as the state citizen.

Ok I watched this twice and I don't understand. Are you saying that I don't have to register my car in my home State and they can't stop me from driving on the roads?  My State says that I have to have my car registered if it is on the public roadway

I love how this bullshit video only cites lower court rulings yet the SCOTUS has never upheld that there is a right to drive a car on public roads for travel.

The problemn is epople and ESPECIALLY SO-CALLED FREEMEN construe the "right to travel" with a right to drive. No one has a right to use the public roads. We all drive as a priveledge which can be taken away. You MUST pay the government their fee to use their roads. Simple. Freemen are myopic in that they only want to see things their way and close their eyes to everything else.

I agree about the Public Serpent, (intentional mis spelling) defense. I would tell the Traffic cop that i wasn't making "Use" of the states license. I think that any judge/Magistrate would dismiss or make you wait tell the courtroom/sales floor was empty before letting you continue to speak once you started the Public Servant angle. I live in Alaska where the cops are unbelievably over paid, so we have less of a problem. But I will never again get a "Traffic" citation.

What is going on here is your contract between you and the state you live in. In order to not be charged under "their" statutes. You have to give back your plate and your DL.. So you are not subject to the public servant stuff. [simple version].

@insaneidiot2011 The DLC and license are for Drivers and those engaged in Traffic. I am pretty sure we can still reserve our rights. Just tell the cop that you are not making use of the license. I have seen info where people send affidavits to the State attorney general to let them know that they only have the license under protest to avoid unlawful arrest. Also to submit a fee schedule for damages. The cops have to prove that we were working for them or acting as an operator or driver.

@akmrmike You correct ak. But the problem is that they will have to use their statutes against you. They have to prove that you are acting as a public servant at the time of the arrest or stop, or whatever they make up. Oh by the way I live in the states NJ to be exact and they are their own commonest.

@MickScarborough Only partly wrong, The trick is the non-disclosure in the DLC. One can still send a notorized affadavit to the DMV that the automobile will not be used for commercial purpose or carrying passengers, those who pay a fee to ride. This will them convert your motor vehicle back to its original automobile status. Right to travel on the public roads has been decided by the SCOTUS as the most basic part of our right to liberty. Have you searched right to travel decisions.Great topic.

in m 'city' there is a dogcatcher writing 'municipal court summons'/tickets for failure to show rabies doc's> ... b4 i went to court i stopped by city hall and asked for an oath of office statement. he didnt have one. also,he conducted a search w.out a warrant.i asked him for an warrant that day he said he didnt have one,i asked him to leave ,he wouldnt. so..criminal tresspass and no oath or anti bribery statement. the tx rangers are investigating. updates later.getting interesting...

I like 18 USC sec 31, but the funny thing is, the town I live in has an "ordinance" that if you have an automobile, and you don't contract with the states DOT, DMV, then you can't have your car. So, basically, they're trying to force you to contract with a corporation you may not want to contract with.

All the statutes, codes, acts, and ordinances are for "drivers" operating "motor vehicles". Thus the contract known as the "drivers' license". When traveling you are using a pleasure vehicle as defined in "Blacks Law Dictionary" under "Commercial Motor Vehicle", which states "those used primarily for business and indusrty as opposed to pleasure vehicles.

Sign ALL legal contracts "UCC 1-308 all right reserved" on everything, including your drivers license which lets them know that you will NOT be forced into any compelled obedience of any unrevealed contracts you didn't enter into knowingly, willingly and consciously. etc

So if I get pulled over in a checkpoint under "Suspicion of being suspicious" and asked for my insurance papers and I don't have them. Then they take my license plate and impound my car and state I no longer have the right to drive I've had my rights as a US Citizen violated? It was on my daily commute to work since there are no jobs in the town I live in. I feel it was completely wrong. They're holding my plate and a fine for the ransom of 1,200 USD. Nothing illegal or dangerous was done, nothing to warrant being pulled over was done. This is typical daily activity for the police forces of Southern Louisiana.

@akmrmike Black's law dictionary does not in itself guarantee the right to do anything.  You need an actual court case to overturn these statutes before you the police are lawfully required to stop enforcing them.

@Anticrawl Rights are inherent and no government can grant rights. Government can grant privileges and benefits which many believe are rights. The privilege of free speech is not a right. Any court can issue a gag order and if you speak, you will pay the price. You have the privilege to bear arms. If you are a felon, that privilege is revoked. Rights can never be revoked or granted by any government.
