A faster speed setting, plus use the wooden punch ram to feed it faster. Helps if your strips of meat "fit" in the hole. It's not a hobart, you're not doing an entire cow. Mine works great, even on the 2nd grind, so turn the patience dial up a bit and enjoy your machine.
Good idea for a video. (Have you thought of investing in a cheap tripod?) I've got one of these meat grinders but have not tried it out yet. You make it look easy to use.
It's a chef's choice - I got one myself and it works great. Key is to make sure the meat is very cold and it's a good idea to keep the grinder unit cold - I throw it in the freezer for a while before using it. it's a fantastic.
I got this for my birthday, I believe you can find it online. This is also not original from Kitchenaid, but the original one is not plastic I believe, but from steel with a white coating.
is that metal? I've only seen plastic ones for sale.

This little thing is like a toy compared to the Electrolux. Sounds tinny.

No idea, I got it for my birthday. I believe it's around EUR 80 for the whole set? It's not original from Kitchenaid.
