  • I know. The 'rules' are flexible. Most times skin shorts won't be suitable but now and again somebody will look so good it's OK to include. Long white socks still forbidden though.

  • Its not law to wear a helmet and anyway just chill out. Get on yer bike and ride it will make you smile its guaranteed. Then film the fun your havin'.

  • Do they make actors wear helmets when shown walking along, driving or showering? All these activities - as well as cycling - carry the risk of head injury. Speaking personally, I'd be happy for the video entries to this comp to feature cyclists having fun, whether or not they were wearing helmets.
