It works for those who have access to a pitch control on there CD deck. Since the vocals are time stretched to accommodate the beat jus slow it down a tad. NICE WORK!
the track os sped up to meet the fast beat... a bit too fast i think, this is a romantic tune, but could be done maybe a little slower beat would be better to keep the singing less obviously sped up.. that's my take on it, but just a matter of taste, not for me this mix, but i like what your friend is trying to do in this track which is the right direction
