This is probably just personal preference, but I think the "not as hard" beat that is currently second would sound nicer first, and the four to the floor hard beat would sound much stronger if played after the "not as hard" beat. I hope I made sense there. Basically, when a four to the floor beat is played after one where the kick drum hits are isolated, it usually sounds stronger.
