Half the original band was missing, not just Jerry. Personally, I thought their "Guilty Till Proved Innocent" CD that came out in 98 was great.

shouldnt be touring under the name of the specials, unless the original members are ALL there then its a joke. this new line up and the stuff they have released is an insult to Jerry, Terry, and the rest of the originals. change the name Neville!!

Bands do that all the time. I'm sure Terry and Jerry just didn't want to be involved then. Terry is back but Dammers still isn't so should they still NOT call themselves The Specials when they tour in '09 because Dammers is not with them?
I actually liked this version of the band and the CD was great too (Guilty till proved innocent.)

Thats the same Specials I saw play in Riverside Ca at a record store *Mad Platter* Now called Sounds like. They kicked ass then!

I saw the Specials with Neville in Vegas several years ago; Neville was jumping in the air and doing the splits. They rocked and we loved it. Cheers!

It's the refomed Specials and not The Special Beat. There's no Terry Hall, Jerry Dammers or Brad. The song 'It's You' is from their album 'Guilty 'Til Proved Innocent!'
