One of the greats of Rallying. Such a shame that he was badly injured in the peugeot 205 t16, right as he was reaching his peak. Should have won the championship more then once. Was still competative in the late '90s

Nobody else had the ability to drive any car that fast back then.He reported that he hated the way the car understeered and as a result couldn't go as fast as he wanted to.Looked as if it was oversteer that time though.Very impressive.He is still the standard that all others are measured by.HERO.
