One Orbouros with Doom assist is worth around 3 sequential Swords activation pressure strings. I mean Spiral can teleport repeatedly all she wants to get out of the trap bu if the team has lower health it won't help running. Strider can go on the offensive while doing the trap. Spiral is 99.9 % defensive play.

if you mean 5:16 when sentinel hit him with the drones super than it's a forced roll. Cable got hit by the first wave and was sent into a roll allowing him to recover.
yeah but usually once you get hit by Sentinel super you don't recover that fast. It is a semi-combo that lead to more stuff. Oh wait... maybe it is because he was hit by the lower drones that he was able to recover so fast. If that's true, I can wonder if that was intentional.

i'm aware of that, based largely on the fact that doom rocks absorb swords, i just would have liked to see what are considered to be the best trap players go at it using their trap teams
You know, it's not even just Clock's trap skills that are impressive, it's just his Strider in general.
locd0wn- Spiral has a tough match against Strider (at least IMO) so Cyclops is a safer choice because of his assist, which obviously compliments Duc's crazy Cable.
yeah...! I'm so glad I got to see this in person. It's a very intense ( and rare) match. I would have liked for Duc to use Spiral though... Clock should have had the second match =/
I wish it could've been Duc Spiral vs Clock Strider, that is my MvC2 dream match.
