is that Tommy? in one video it could be, in another it looks like him but doesnt sound like him and this I just can't tell anything. I hope he is back, it seems like it here from the background vocals, but I still can't tell what the fuck??

No it's not Tommy... Tommy left the band after they toured the 2006 album Into The Now. He decided he would be a dad and stay off the road and the drugs. It seems he had a control problem.
The new guitarist's name is Dave Rude. I saw them 2-09-09 in Houston and they were awesome! I loved Tommy. He was a great guitarist and brought his own psychotic dish to the table for supper but, Dave is every bit the guitarist as Tommy. I left the show saying to myself, "Tommy who?".
