  • I would love to meet up with some of my friends from bake then and from there, shoot Im 43 yrs old now. Memories.

  • I lived there Back in the mid 80's, these buildings were old back then

  • This place literally saved my life. When I was there they had a few bad seeds at the beginning, but once you really got to know them, you realize the reason that some of them were the way they were (I was one)... I am going to find out a way to get this building and all of those buildings restored. There are too many innocent children out there who need this place of refuge.

  • @sovietkid96 - as a matter of fact, they didn't do it to themselves... the cause of the fire was electrical; old wiring. There is not enough being done to restore these buildings. Find out the whole truth before you past judgment.

  • not all of us are there by choice. i had just got there when this happened. my choices were being homeless or having a place to stay, where they pay for your college and they take care of you. all the kids who are there arent bad.

  • I live near there and all the nuggets do is jump people. I'm glad it's burning they deserve it!

  • @intelp400 - they don't deserve it. I actually grew up in this home. I am not justifying the wrong that has been done to you or someone you know, but the aggressiveness comes from the various backgrounds. Some of these children were abused all their lives (physical, sexual, psychological, etc...) How can you say that children who are already suffering mentally from traumatic experiences deserve to not have a place to stay?
