I am an immigrant from the Philippines but unlike the illegals, my family had respect for this country to come here legally - what a concept! It disgusts me and many other real immigrants whenever someone talks about granting citizenship to illegals. I don't want to mislead anyone, I was an infant so I was exempt from taking the tests, but my parents had to study rigorously, they waited in line, they obeyed the laws, they did everything right and yet many want to reward law-breakers. Shameful.

The DREAM Act misses the entire point of being an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Illegal does not mean "if you can avoid being deported for five or more years", it means YOU'RE NOT ENTITLED TO BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I would like to introduce my own DREAM ACT. I am an immigrant from the Philippines but unlike the illegals, my family had respect for this country to come here legally - what a concept! It disgusts me and many other real immigrants whenever someone talks about granting citizenship to illegals. I don't want to mislead anyone, I was an infant so I was exempt from taking the tests, but my parents had to study rigorously, they waited in line, they obeyed the laws, they did everything right and yet many want to reward law-breakers. The DREAM Act misses the entire point of being an ILLEGAL ALIEN. What a reasonable nation should do is look at the manner in which the Dream students have conducted themselves once here, in the United States and that is where the DREAM Act students really shine. In order to be eligible for the proposed program, the DREAM Act students must have done well in their studies, graduated from high school, and be prepared to go to college or enter military service.

If you even suspect an illegal, get as much info as you can, i.e. name, address, license plates etc and call ICE 1 (866) 347-2423 and IRS Fraud Division 1 (800) 829-0433 and since all illegals pay taxes they have nothing to worry about. If you know/suspect any company, large or small, that hires illegals, call ICE. I have done it many times with success. Don't let the commie pinkos tell you otherwise. Let the Feds do their job.

States need to change laws on birth certificates, to include the place of birth of both parents, their nationalities and their immigration status.
California Government Codes 241-243 says children born in CA to aliens, while the aliens are under temporary jurisdiction of CA laws are not citizens at birth & cannot be drafted into military.
The Dream Act is a fraud.
